Important Notes for Your Visit
【ご利用時の注意事項】

  • ・ If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.
  • ・Please wear socks inside the cafe. If you don’t have socks, they can be purchased for 200 yen.
  • ・Strong scents, such as perfume, are harmful to the animals. Please refrain from wearing any.
  • ・Staff may warn you if your actions cause stress to the animals or disturb other guests. If the behavior persists, we may ask you to leave the cafe, in which case no refunds will be issued.
  • ・Guests under the age of 6 cannot use the facility.
  • ・Children aged 12 must be accompanied by at least one guardian.
  • ・If a child starts crying, we kindly ask you to step outside and return once the child has calmed down. No refunds, adjustments, or extensions will be provided for the time spent outside.

    ・Please manage your valuables carefully. We are unable to compensate for any theft or loss.

  • 時間に15分以上遅れた場合は、キャンセルとなります。
  • 靴下を履いてご入店ください。お持ちでない場合、200円でご購入ください。
  • 香水などの強い匂いのものは、動物に害がありますのでつけてこないでください。
  • 当店の動物にストレスを与える行為、他のお客様の迷惑となる行為はスタッフより注意させていただきます。また、改善されない場合は退店して頂きます。その際、料金の返金はできません。
  • 当店のご利用は、ご来店者様のご利用日時点で満６歳未満の場合、ご利用頂くことはできません。
  • 12歳以下のお子様のご利用は、保護者が1名以上付き添ってください。
  • お子様が泣き出してしまった場合、１度退室して頂き、泣き止んだ後室内へお戻りください。
    退室における料金の返金、ご利用時間の調整、延長はできません。
【免責事項】
  • 店内で怪我や損害が発生しても当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。
  • 貴重品の管理はご自身で行ってください。万が一の盗難・紛失などについての補償はできません。
